This policy covers brazhelp.com and portal.brazhelp.com. BrazHelp does not currently use marketing, advertising or analytics cookies on these services.

Necessary website and portal storage

The public website uses no non-essential cookies. The portal uses strictly necessary authentication/session cookies issued by Supabase so that a signed-in user can access their private account. They are session or refresh credentials with durations controlled by the authentication service and browser security settings. The portal may also use local device storage for a user-selected PWA or quick-unlock preference; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Why consent is not requested

Necessary authentication, security and service-preference storage is used to provide a service requested by the user. No optional storage is activated without an appropriate consent mechanism. If BrazHelp introduces analytics, marketing, or another non-essential technology, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before it is activated.
